RVHS track athletes hosted the annual Run, Jump, Throw Event at RVHS track in Hoyt on Sunday, April 21.
Coach Broxterman explained, "The run, jump, throw event was to introduce K-6th graders to track and field. We had our high schoolers as our coaches and they explained long jump, high jump, javelin, shot put, sprinting, hurdling, and relays. We had 25 high schoolers helping and 25 kids. They were positive role models and came up with fun ways to do things."
