On Monday April, 15 the Varsity Golf team went and played a tournament in Sabetha. The overall score for the team placed them in 5th. Here are their individual placements out of 40 competitors.
Carson Beam - 14th place
Nolan Bausch - 16th place
Riddick Warton - 18th Place
Mason Erwin - 34th place
Nolan shared, "I don't think I did too bad for the first time on the course, but I could have done better. I think as a team we did well. It was everyone's first time there pretty much and we stuck through it."
Carson commented, "I think I played alright, but hopefully I will get better as the season goes on. In my opinion our team played pretty good. I think that not being in the middle of the road is good for us."
