Royal Valley District is offering FREE sports physicals for the next school year.
Hoyt/Holton Family Practice Association will be conducting the physicals this year on Tuesday, May 7 from 8am to 11am.
All paperwork will need to be completed and signed by parent/student prior to the clinic.
Parents need not be present, take off work for student's appointment or pay any fees for this clinic!
Students not attending the free exam offered by RV will be responsible for obtaining a physical at their own expenses.
