Junior Nolan Bausch placed 9th at the 3A KSHSAA Regional Golf tournament on Monday, May 19th. Nolan said “I was feeling good. I knew I had my ups and downs, but I had to stick with it and I knew that I would do alright.”
Nolan also said that he is very excited and he feels good about going to State.
He is excited to play a course he has never played before.
The two-day State Tournament is on Tuesday, May 27th & Wednesday, May 28th at the Buffalo Dunes Golf Course in Garden City. Nolan will play a practice run on Monday. Then he will play 18 holes on Tuesday, and if he makes the cut (top 54 players), he will play another 18 holes the next day.
