Mrs. Wilson’s 5th Grade Math Class recently wrapped up their unit on fractions, and what better way to put their learning into practice than through baking!
To give students a hands-on, real-world application of math, Mrs. Wilson turned her classroom into a mini kitchen. Students practiced measuring ingredients and working together to make chocolate chip cookies.
Not only did they strengthen their understanding of fractions, but they also got to enjoy a sweet reward for their hard work and teamwork!
