Ines Laangstroem is a foreign exchange student at Royal Valley High School. Ines is originally from Helsinki, Finland. In Finland, Ines spends most of her time skiing, playing tennis, or going shopping with friends.
Inesis is most looking forward to cheering at football games and dressing up for prom this year. Ines has stated that in Finland students don’t get the same opportunities to play sports or dress up for fun events. “Everything we do for fun is mostly based outside of school,” Ines said. Ines speaks 5 different languages fluently, which include Finnish, Swedish, and English. She knows how to say a few things in Spanish and Dutch. Ines’s favorite fast food restaurant she has tried so far is Chick-fil-a.
