7th graders in Baxter’s MTSS reading group chose a famous African American to research for Black History Month. They created scrapbooks and presented them this week. Madam CJ Walker, Jack Johnson, and Bessie Coleman are just a few of the subjects covered by these students.

Intro to Ag students made cheese curds today, experimenting with the range from whole milk to skim. They added vinegar, heated and strained. They rolled the curds in flour, egg and bread crumbs before air frying and tasting!






Reminder that there are no softball or baseball games today. Tentative make-up date for JV softball is Thursday, pending umpire availability. JV baseball has not yet been rescheduled
