Royal Valley Elementary School Retake Picture Day will take place on Thursday, October 22. This day is reserved for students who missed the original Picture Day, as well as students who need to be re-photographed.
We want to make sure every Panther looks and feels their best! Please review the guidelines below based on your family's situation:
• Students Who Were Absent on Original Picture Day: Please send your student to school ready to be photographed. If you previously placed an order, no new order is required. If you have not yet ordered, you may place an order online using Retake Event Order Code 0643ZKF at https://inter-state.com/Order.
• Families Unhappy with the Original Picture Package: If you purchased a package and would like a retake, please send the entire Picture Package (including the photo envelope) to school with your student on Retake Day. Packages must be turned in to the photographer so a replacement package can be produced. Families should keep any Class Pictures or yearbooks included in the original order.
• Digital Download Orders: If you purchased digital download products only and wish to have a retake, please send the Picture Package envelope with the Photo Statement back to school with your student.
• Families Satisfied with Original Pictures: If you are happy with your child's original picture, no further action is needed.
Please note that if your child is re-photographed, the retake image will replace the original picture in district publications and the yearbook. Retake Picture Packages will be produced and shipped to the school four weeks following Retake Day.
