Panther Families

RVES Panther Families met on Wednesday, February 25th, with a focus on the character trait of perseverance. During their monthly meeting, students discussed what perseverance means and why it’s important to never give up, even when challenges feel difficult.

For their team challenge, each group was tasked with creating the longest paper chain possible using only one piece of construction paper, one pair of scissors, and one glue stick / or small piece of tape. Students worked together to brainstorm strategies, problem-solve, and decide the best approach before getting started.

Through patience, teamwork, and determination, each Panther Family successfully completed the challenge!

To wrap up the lesson, groups reflected on what went well and discussed ways they could improve next time.

Great work, Panthers!
