FCCLA

On February 18th, FCCLA members went to compete in Holton for District STAR Events. There were four RVHS students that competed in four different divisions and who qualified for state!

Kiley Rogers competed in Professional Presentation Level 3, her project was over the 5 food groups. She received 2nd place, receiving a silver!

Kiley said "I’m excited to go out of town and celebrate making it to state. I’m also excited to compete for a chance to go to Nationals. "

Hanna Myers competed in Career Investigation Level 2 her project was called career investigation on military dentistry. She received 1st, receiving a silver!

Hanna said, "I am most excited about presenting my star event project! I look forward to meeting new people and learning more about their STAR event project too!

Ella Rawling competed in National Programs in Action Level 2 her project was called Hands of Hope. She received 1st, getting a gold!

Ella said, "I am most excited to get to meet new people. It will be a fun experience and interesting to see everyone's projects. I am looking forward to informing others from around the state of Kansas about my Chicken Fried Rice project!

Payton Hollar-Hicks competed in National Programs in Action Level 3 her project was called Building Connections. She received 1st, receiving gold!
