7:00AM Weigh ins/ skin checks in wrestling room and building open to public

9:00AM Round 1- Qualifying First Round matches (3-4 mats)

Round 2- Championship Quarterfinals & Consolation First Round(3-4 mats)

Round 3- Championship Semi-finals(2 mats)

Round 4 Consolation cross bracketing (3 Mats)

Round 5- Consolation Quarterfinals (3 Mats)

Round 6- Consolation Semi-Finals(2 Mats)

Round 7- Consolation Finals(2 mats)

Round 8- Championship Finals (1 Mat)

Banners and Signs: Banners and signs will be allowed hung on the wall within the gym and must conform to the information on page 32 of the wrestling manual.

Awards: Medals will be presented, on the stage in the commons, to the top four finishers in each weight class and will be awarded upon completion of the championship match of the next higher weight class. Team trophies will be awarded to the top two teams immediately following the awarding of the 285 pound medals. There will also be the KWCA Wrestler and Coach of the year, as voted by the coaches.

Food and Lodging: We will have a full concession stand as well as several different meals that will be available throughout the day. There is also a grocery store, Casey’s that serves Caseys stuff, in town, all within 3 blocks of the school. The closest lodging is Topeka.

Mats: We will start with 3-4 mats depending on number of participants and then move to 2 mats for the last 3 rounds and then championship finals will be on one mat.
