On Monday, January 19th, Royal Valley teachers and staff participated in a professional development day unlike most others. Centered around the theme “Revive & Thrive,” the day focused on supporting the mental and physical well-being of our staff through meaningful, engaging sessions.

In the afternoon, staff had the opportunity to hear from two guest speakers: Justin Broxterman, who spoke on the impact of social media on students, and John Calvert, who shared an uplifting message titled “It’s a Great Day to Be a Panther.” Thank you to Justin and John for taking the time to visit Royal Valley and speak with our staff.
