Royal Valley students were very active in the Miracle on 4th Street Christmas celebration that was on Sunday, December 7th. The RVHS Dance team performed in front of the fire station for the community to Underneath the Tree.
"We went shopping as a team and got matching PJs, which was a really good team bonding that included our new members. It was really cold outside, but it was a fun experience," said Sophomore, Sophie Lefferd.
The dance was followed up with the RVHS Choir singing two different songs, Carol of the Bells, Glow, and White Winter Hymnal.
"I really enjoy singing at the Miracle on 4th Street event. It's been really fun to do it throughout high school, and I hope the tradition continues," said Senior, Addison Samek.
After watching the two performances, the community was encouraged to go write letters to Santa at the City Hall or put together crafts at the Fire Station. NHS and JAG-K students volunteered to help where they were needed.
