The Royal Valley High School Band went to Worlds of Fun in Kansas City on Saturday, October 18th. They performed around noon and played their halftime show songs including Thunderstruck, Thriller, Halloween Theme, and many more. Students got to showcase all of their hard work from this marching season. Many family members and friends came out to support them and have fun for the remainder of the day on the roller coasters and in the haunted houses.
“I thought that the trip was pretty cool and it was way more fun compared to last year, my favorite part of the trip was hanging out with people,” said Freshman Liza Hopkins.
