Comments from Coach Z (A Team Game): Overall, the kids played well in what turned out to be a grinder of a game. Despite the heat, our players dominated up front on both sides of the ball and established a powerful rushing attack that let us control the clock for nearly 20 minutes. While there’s still plenty to improve on, this was a true team win. I’m proud of every player and the effort they put in for their teammates.

Our word of the week was “Finish,” and both teams embodied that by closing out the game with strength and determination.
